The goal of this site is to provide info and tips on making wooden toys and antroposofic dolls on these pages(which some of you might already know from waldorf-education).

But before we go on to that, we would like to emphasize the importance of good, honest toys for (young) children. It won't always be necessary to spend a lot of money or run to the toy-store.

A lot can be made from simple things that can be found in or around the house. Let them play with all sorts of things, include the child in your activities,by giving it a bucket and sponge for instance and let them 'help' you. They can also help with the toy-making; collecting materials or preparing the wool for a doll.
